Donald Frazier, Executive Director of Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (BOSS), discusses their upcoming 45th Anniversary Gala. The Bay Area non profit helps homeless, poor, disabled individuals, and families rebuild their lives by using innovative techniques and strategies that have proven to be effective. The Mardi Gras themed event takes place on October 29th.
