BOSS Talks: Amplifying Voices of Redemption & Resilience

BOSS Talks is more than a series; it's a transformative movement that encourages dialogue and challenges stereotypes. It's a platform for growth, learning, and community healing, fostering an environment where voices from varied paths share their truth.

Promoting Leaders with Lived Experience To Fight Social, Racial, and Economic Inequity

Welcome to BOSS Talks – a transformative initiative where powerful narratives lead to societal change. Here, we bring together the unheard voices of the returning citizens and those affected by the criminal justice system. BOSS Talks is where raw, unfiltered stories unfold, fostering understanding, healing, and growth.

Our speakers – a blend of individuals returning home, their families, and community advocates – share not just their trials and tribulations but also their triumphs and hopes. Through these candid discussions, we aim to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and promote a dialogue rooted in authenticity and empathy.

At BOSS, we believe that everyone has a story that can inspire. Our mission is to create a space for these stories to be heard, to offer support, and to advocate for positive change. Whether it's through attending events, joining the conversation, or contributing through donations, your involvement is crucial.
