BOSS uses an intentional methodology with a highly structured, collaborative, and participatory approach designed to engage staff and participants at a deep level---creating environments and providing tools that motivate and support people to examine the roots of their situation, behaviors, and choices, to develop and pursue a wellness-centered path that supports long-term health, stability, responsibility, and independence. BOSS develops and implements training, appropriate metrics, indicators and outcome measures to identify, measure, compile and report with a continuous quality improvement methodology.
