Pacheco Court is a collection of bungalows located in the unincorporated area of Alameda County, in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hayward, CA that provides Supported Independent Living housing to both homeless individuals and families.

Eligibility

Applicants must be referred by one of the following:  Alameda County HomeStretch,  Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services Agency, Berkeley Mental Health or by the 211 Coordinated Entry system.
