HR & Risk Management

BOSS ensures that all employees are hired for appropriate skills, experience, and credentials, work in safe and healthy environments and facilities, have access to training and professional development, and are fully supported to provide high-quality services. The Director of HR and Risk Management oversees recruiting, hiring, and essential HR functions in close coordination with the Executive Director and Program Coordinators and interacts with organizations and vendors that provide benefits or other HR or risk management services.
