Annual Rising Stars Celebration of Hope

Every year BOSS holds the Rising Stars Celebration of Hope to honor men and women who have completed BOSS programs or achieved special milestones towards their goals, including CTEC Graduates who have secured gainful employment! With live entertainment, guest speakers, dinner, and special awards, Rising Stars showcases their success as well as thanking local employers who are committed to second chance hiring and the policy, civic, and faith leaders who are creating new opportunities for justice involved individuals. For many CTEC graduates, it’s the first time they’ve been recognized for their hard work and determination – they are joined by proud family members and receive love and accolades from the whole community!
