In partnership with Alameda County Health, Housing & Homeless Services and Care Court, BOSS provides services on-site at Westwind Lodge Interim Behavioral Health Bridge Housing in Oakland. We are addressing the immediate needs of people experiencing homelessness who have severe behavioral health conditions. Staff provide 24/7 day-to-day site supervision and security; respond to resident and facility needs; coordinate services; provide housing navigation and crisis management in collaboration with community-based service providers and County staff; and make referrals for needed services.
