Step Up Supportive Program Housing
Supported Independent Living for Adults
The Step Up Housing Program offers supported independent living with onsite services for homeless or very low income men and women. The program helps them transition into stable housing, seek jobs or education, reunify with family, and attain stabilizing social networks. Services include case management, life skills classes, peer support groups, and more.
