Step Up Supportive Program Housing | Berkeley

Supported Independent Living for Adults

The Step Up Housing Program offers supported independent living with onsite services for homeless or very low income men and women. The program helps them transition into stable housing, seek jobs or education, reunify with family, and attain stabilizing social networks. Services include case management, life skills classes, peer support groups, and more.

Eligibility

Applicants must be referred by one of the following:  Alameda County HomeStretch, Alameda County Office of Homeless Care Coordination, or by the 211 Coordinated Entry system.
