FUBU works to reconnect justice involved individuals who are disengaged from services by providing peer support to guide them through the process of accessing needed services. These services include: education, employment, housing, substance abuse, health care, and family reunification to promote successful reentry and reintegration.

Eligibility: Eligible participants must be referred by Alameda County Probation Department.
