A NIGHT TO HONOR HOW FAR OUR COMMUNITY HAS COME

Every spring, BOSS gathers more than 200 people to celebrate participants who have reached major milestones on the road to stability. This year's honorees moved into permanent homes, landed jobs, finished school and job training, reunited with family and strengthened their health and recovery. Many of them have faced homelessness, poverty, incarceration, violence and systems that weren't built for them, and they kept going.

On March 26, their families, neighbors, civic leaders and partners will fill the room to tell them that they were seen.

"I carried a lot of doubt when I first came to BOSS. Completing my education and being recognized as a Rising Star helped me see my future clearly. That night was about where I'm going." — Brittany, 2025…
