BOSS works year-round to raise resources, awareness, and partnerships that allow us to operate and expand our work – from grants, special events, donor giving, and digital fundraising campaigns to media and community outreach, volunteer opportunities, and strategic partnerships. The Director of Development & Marketing supervises development staff, consultants, and volunteers, supports fundraising by the Board of Directors, and interacts with public and private funders and donors to share BOSS’ impact and provide timely and accountable reporting.
