Dental: Guardian PPO - 100% paid by employer, additional cost if adding dependents
Life Insurance: Colonial Life, Supplemental benefits *05 paid by employer, employee is able to enroll in additional insurance at a cost to employee
403(b): Offered through AIG - 100% Employee paid, at the moment BOSS does not match
PTO: Employees receive Accrued Vacation Days and Sick Leave | Full-time employees are entitled to one personal day of their choice per calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31).
