East Oakland Neighborhood Hub

The East Oakland Neighborhood Impact Hub, located at 9006 MacArthur Blvd, is one of three BOSS Neighborhood Impact Hubs with intentional innovative solutions to reverse the institutional racism that has devastated Black and Brown communities in disinvested neighborhoods. At the East Hub, community members can apply for rental assistance funds and housing search assistance; use the computer lab; receive information and referrals about community resources such as education, employment, health care, and legal aid; and attend life skills classes, community healing groups, arts/culture events, pop up COVID testing, and more.

Eligibility

Open to the community. Individuals who are low-income, formerly incarcerated and/or system-impacted are encouraged to visit. Accepts referrals by Alameda County Probation. Referrals can receive a stipend for transitional work placements.
